My name is Malcolm. I am one of the Marketing Coordinators at Assisted Living Mansion. Our CEO, Brett Chotkevys is the founder of Platinum Resort Assisted Living and Assisted Living Mansion, and his path into real estate is anything but typical. He started his career in the fire academy while his wife worked a steady city office job, but they both walked away from the traditional nine to five to build a life on their own terms.

Brett went all in on real estate, flipping more than two hundred properties and eventually shifting his focus to residential assisted living. Today his RAL communities consistently net around forty thousand dollars a month per home. He has built a reputation for creating high end, high impact senior living spaces that raise the standard of care across the country.

He is passionate about showing people how to create real financial freedom, break out of the corporate grind, and use assisted living properties as a path to long term wealth.
